Your service may be suspended for one of the reasons listed below,
- Your service has been utilized for illegal purposes.
- You didn't renew your service before it ran out.
If the reason for your suspension was "Abuse usage identified", you can contact our support team for further information. They can assist you in reactivating your account.
If your service has been suspended due to non-payment, you can restore it by paying the outstanding invoice before the Grace Period expires.
A Grace Period is the amount of time that a Service is kept without removing its allotted resources, data, or any other information associated with it. You WILL NOT be able to recover any of your data after the Grace period has expired. You can only start from scratch if you want to.
In the case of a Cloud Server, you will lose all the data saved on it since it goes through an Auto-termination procedure, and you will not be able to recover it once the Termination is completed. The Grace Period is 15 days (After expiry) for Cloud Servers.
